Membership Policies 

• Redeem monthly or accrue credits while active 

• GLP-1 weight loss injections are not eligible for banking 

• Cancel anytime with 14-day written notice before next billing cycle

• 2-month grace period to use or gift after cancellation 

• Gifting allowed (Anchor: 1/year, Chief: 2/year, Eagle: 4/year) 

• Gift recipients must complete a GFE and pay a $60 booking fee
