Stephanie Stricklen, RN, CFNIP

My name is Stephanie, and I have been a Registered Nurse since 2011. My husband, who retired from the military in 2022 after 21 years of service, and I have been married for 17 years. We have 3 children, ages 15, 12, and 7, who keep us busy! 

We currently own and operate Hold Fast Wellness in beautiful China Spring, TX, just outside of Waco. On our property, we started up in our private office, where I provided services including weight-loss management, vitamin treatments (including peptides), PCDC, neurotoxins, fillers, and IV therapy. As of January 2025, we are located in our new office space at 10124 Saddle Creek.

Throughout my career, I've held roles such as Lead RN for a large pediatric practice, Clinical Director at an allergy & asthma office, and Nurse Consultant for a national company. In every position, I've been responsible for training colleagues to ensure best practices and patients to be better self-advocates. I believe that understanding the "why" and "how" of treatments increases overall results and care. 

Brittany Gohring, BSN, RN

My name is Brittany, and I have been a Registered Nurse since 2010. I graduated with my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in December of 2009. My previous nursing experience has been in the Neonatal ICU. I have been married to my husband, Stephen, for 16 years, and we have 3 boys (15, 12, and 3!). If you see us around, it's likely at a sporting event! Our boys are very active and are involved in multiple sports.

I joined Hold Fast Wellness in a "behind the scenes" role last summer. I am now on-site, taking care of patients in our beautiful new office. I am currently certified in Intravenous (IV) Therapy, Intramuscular (IM) Wellness Injections, Peptides, Weight Loss Management, Dermaplaning, Microneedling, Neurotoxins, and Fillers.

As I further my education, I look forward to gaining even more skills and certifications to better serve our community. I am committed to following strict protocols & evidence-based practice to ensure the BEST care for our patients. I have a passion for education and empowering my patients to be advocates for their care. Making sure our patients understand the "why" and "how" is so important for successful outcomes!
