My name is Stephanie Stricklen, and I have been a Registered Nurse since 2011. My husband, who retired from the military in 2022 after 21 years of service, and I have been married for 17 years. We have 3 children, ages 14, 11, and 6, who keep us busy!
We currently own and operate Hold Fast Wellness in beautiful China Spring, TX, just outside of Waco. On our property, we have a private office where I provide services including weight loss management, vitamin treatments, PCDC, neurotoxin, filler, and IV therapy.
Throughout my career, I've held roles such as Lead RN for a large pediatric practice, Clinical Director at an allergy & asthma office, and Nurse Consultant for a national company. In every position, I've been responsible for training colleagues to ensure best practices and patients to be better self-advocates. I believe that understanding the "why" and "how" of treatments increases overall results and care.
