Hold Fast Wellness offers a variety of services to help you "Be the Best Version of You". We offer Vitamin Injections, Medical Weight Loss, IV Wellness Therapy, PCDC/Lipo Dissolve, and Cosmetic Injections. 

No, Hold Fast Wellness is private pay. We cannot accept Health Savings Accounts; however, many patients will turn in a receipt to their insurance for coverage. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

We do have a one-time Booking Fee of $60 that you complete via the Square SMS link sent to you. Once the Booking Fee is received you will then be added to our schedule and complete your Patient Portal Set Up. 

Once you are added to our schedule you will receive an email from Monarch Master Injectors with the subject line "Access Your Monarch Master Injectors Patient Portal". You will be prompted to change your password from the generated one to one you will remember. 

Click on Manage Signature and create your signature. Next, go through the various consent forms and complete those. For each consent, you will scroll down, insert your signature, scroll back up and click Submit Document before moving onto the next consent. 

For the Medical History - you simply fill that out and click Save. 

 A Good Faith Exam is a telehealth call conducted on the day of your appointment, ideally just before your arrival. During this call, one of our Nurse Practitioners will ask you a series of questions to ensure you’re cleared for treatment. At Hold Fast Wellness, we require all patients to be cleared for services, allowing you the flexibility to enjoy our full range of offerings without the need for a separate GFE each time you want to try something new. The cost of your Good Faith Exam is included in your Booking Fee. 

 Most appointments are under 30 minutes, with the exception of our IV Wellness Therapy and lip filler.
