Hold Fast Wellness offers a variety of services to help you "Be the Best Version of You". We offer Vitamin Injections, Medical Weight Loss, IV Wellness Therapy, PCDC/Lipo Dissolve, Cosmetic Injections, Sclerotherapy, Infrared Sauna Therapy, and Skin Therapy Services. 

No, Hold Fast Wellness is private pay. We are now accepting Health Savings Accounts/Flexible Spending Accounts; subject to approval by your plan's administrator. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash.

We require a one-time $35 booking fee, which is paid via the Clover link sent to you. Once the booking fee is received, you will be added to our schedule and receive your intake forms to complete.

Once the booking fee is paid, you will receive an email from Stephanie containing your intake forms. These include consent forms and a medical history questionnaire that must be completed prior to your appointment.

A Good Faith Exam (GFE) is a telehealth call conducted on the day of your appointment, ideally just prior to your arrival. During this call, our Nurse Practitioner will ask a series of questions to ensure you are medically cleared for treatment.

At Hold Fast Wellness, all patients must be cleared for services. Once cleared, you have the flexibility to enjoy our full range of offerings without needing a separate GFE each time you try a new service.

The cost of your Good Faith Exam is included in your booking fee.

Most appointments are under 30 minutes, with the exception of our IV Wellness Therapy, Microneedling, Sclerotherapy, Infrared Sauna Therapy, and Lip Filler.
